William Connell of Lisbeggeen [Kilmaley Parish - no trace of family in Tithes of 1825] .... did forcibly oppose and resist Giles Daxon, Esq., special Bailiff to William Daxon, Esq., Sheriff of the County of Clare ..... requiring and commanding him to Thady McNamara, Esq. of Knockmoy and Lisbeggeen [Kilmaley Parish - no trace of family in Griffith's Valuation of c.1855].

Edmond Whelan and Margery Whelan [nee Quin] of Glaunarigagh [unknown townland, no trace of in Tithes] .......... feloniously take possesion of the house of ....... Philip Quin of Boultaghadine [Killinaboy Parish - no trace of family in Tithes].
