Quadruple Birth – on the 29th ult. The wife of James Garret, (Ennis), was delivered of four children – all girls. One was born dead, and two have died since. The surviving child appears likely to live. The other is doing well. We understand that the necessary steps are being taken to obtain the Queen’s gift in such cases. – Clare Journal.
